Order Confirmation
After placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation email that indicates we've received it and have pre-authorized the credit card you used when making the purchase.
In the event that any item(s) are on backorder or otherwise unavailable, we'll void the credit card pre-authorization and follow up with you via email.
If the item(s) you ordered are available, we'll process the charges and get to work on fulfilling your order, typically within 3 business days.
Order Shipment
Once your order is confirmed as in stock and the charges are processed to your credit card, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days from the order date.
If the item(s) ordered are confirmed to be in stock, we'll process the charges to the credit card you used. Once we have, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days from the order date.
We'll provide detailed tracking information to you using the email address you provided to us at checkout. That confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order shipping from the warehouse.

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival.
If you notice any damage, either refuse the delivery and make a note on the delivery receipt, or accept the delivery, making note of the damage, and immediately take photos.
Should your item(s) arrive damaged, promptly send photos to sales@weatherempire.com. We are here to assist and will work diligently to resolve the issue, whether that's through a refund or replacing your order.
